Yamaki B50 – 1970s
High-end Japanese acoustic guitar from the 1970s, the Yamaki B50 is known for its build quality and strong tonal character. During this period, Yamaki instruments were produced to compete directly with American-made guitars, offering professional-grade construction and carefully selected tonewoods.
This example has been recently serviced at Montréal Guitar. The extension frets were properly re-seated, followed by fret leveling and a full professional setup. The guitar is in very good overall condition, with no cracks, and only a few small dings and light surface scratches. It plays extremely well and delivers a rich, loud, and well-projected sound.
