2. Shipping: International shipping with insurance and tracking is available for your peace of mind. Local pickup is also available by appointment at Montréal Guitar, 129 Van Horne, Montreal.

3. Returns and warranty: All items are sold as described. Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the description or has a major undisclosed functional issue. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with the item returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Reservations and deposits: Instruments can be reserved with a 20 percent deposit, non-refundable after 7 days.
