1. Currency and payment: All transactions are in CAD. Payments are accepted via cash, debit, credit, cheque, e-transfer and direct deposit. Montréal Guitar does not accept trades of equivalent value.
2. Shipping: International shipping with insurance and tracking is available. Local pickup is also available by appointment at Montréal Guitar, 129 Van Horne, Montreal.
3. Returns and warranty: All items are sold as described. Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the description or has a major undisclosed functional issue. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Reservations and deposits: Instruments can be reserved with a 20 percent deposit, non-refundable after 7 days.
