Fender Mandocaster Sunburst 1962

Rare 1962 Fender Mandocaster, preserved in outstanding and fully original condition.

Introduced in the mid-1950s, the Mandocaster represents Leo Fender’s attempt to apply solid-body electric design to less conventional string instruments. Produced in limited numbers and never mass adopted, original examples have become increasingly scarce, particularly those that remain completely untouched.

This instrument is 100 percent original throughout, including electronics, hardware and finish, and is in excellent playing condition.
